Bones make up our skeleton which is the framework of our body. It is the skeleton that gives this shape; muscles make the shape look nicer. Bones differ in size, shape and function. Bones contain minerals such as calcium, phosphorus and potassium. If a bone happen to break, it can repair itself
I used to have a broken bone on my right arm when I was in elementary. It happen during our physical education period. We played basketball that time. I don't remember how I fall down on the ground, it happen so fast. I don't even know that my bone is broken until my classmate saw it and they help me to go to clinic. My mother rushed to school because the teacher called her and got worried when she saw it. I remembered the head teacher said that I must have a x-ray first to check if my bone is broken and after they saw the result they decided to send me to the nearest hospital and my mother kept on crying. She was so worried if in case it should be operated but thanks to lord the doctor only fixed my broken bone.
Bones really needs a lot of calcium though accident can happen anytime but it cannot prevent it. If we encounter a broken bone, do not attempt to move any slight movement can make the injury worse. Whatever sports you are playing, try to be extra careful. always remember to give first aid to a person who is injured.
